Table Grapes
This growth has positioned us today with a production offering that includes varieties such as Red Globe, Flame Seedless, Crimson, Thompson, and ARRA 15.
The main characteristics of these varieties are their acidity and excellent firmness, which allow them to reach the most distant and demanding markets in optimal quality and condition.
Plums
A premium-quality stone fruit produced in selected growing areas from Chile’s Metropolitan Region to the Aysén Region, and harvested between November and January.
Depending on the variety, plums present an oval to slightly elongated shape, with commercial sizes generally ranging from 22 to over 30 millimeters. Their skin color varies from light red to deep dark tones, and they are valued for their firmness, balanced flavor profile, and good post-harvest performance, allowing them to reach international markets in excellent condition.
Apples
Produced in carefully managed orchards located in Chile’s main fruit-growing regions, where agroclimatic conditions allow for consistent quality and optimal fruit development.
8 Fuegos focuses on delivering apples with uniform size, good firmness, and a balanced relationship between sweetness and acidity. This technical consistency, combined with strict harvest and post-harvest control, ensures reliable performance across long-distance export markets.
Pears
Produced mainly in the Metropolitan, O’Higgins, Maule, Ñuble, and Biobío regions—areas recognized for their optimal agroclimatic conditions for pear cultivation.
Harvesting and processing take place between January and March, depending on the variety and production area.
The pear is a pome fruit that, depending on the variety, presents a pyramidal to oval shape, with a commercial size ranging between 55 and 85 millimeters. Its skin can vary from light green to yellow, with occasional reddish overtones, and it is characterized by white, juicy flesh with a fine texture and a well-balanced sweetness and acidity profile.
